SentryBay CEO wins UK Cyber Security Entrepreneur of the Year
SentryBay is pleased to announce that it’s CEO Dave Waterson has won the Cyber Security category of the 2016 Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
In a glittering ceremony at the Lancaster London hotel last night, Dave Waterson swept the cybersecurity category – beating off some serious competition from the likes of Becrypt, Darktrace and Sophos.
In 2016, the Great British Entrepreneur Awards introduced the ‘Tech 100’, a list that acknowledges the trailblazers behind the technology that is continuously redefining the way that we all live and work. These 100 entrepreneurs were entered in to the Great British Entrepreneur Awards; from which five entrepreneurs were shortlisted for each category.
Dave is previously a winner at the European Security Blog Awards for his blog “Thoughts on IT Security”. Dave has previously been named as one of IT’s top ten influencers at the World Economic Forum in Davos, and has 19K followers on Twitter.
