Andrew is a corporate and commercial solicitor. He was in-house counsel at 3i plc before becoming a Senior Lawyer at GKN plc, the manufacturing and industrial services group.
Andrew set up and grew his own law firm before joining Clarke Willmott, as an equity partner in 2005 where he specialised in high value mergers and acquisitions and fund raisings.
He set up his own legal consulting business in 2016 to concentrate on working more closely with interesting clients for whom he can add value both as a lawyer and as a businessman. He joined the board of SentryBay in 2018.
